The Structural Timber Association Quality Assurance Scheme, STA Assure, is designed to provide the industry with confidence and reassurance that our members meet or exceed legislation and current regulations and are a trusted company to partner with.

    Recognised by investors, insurers and all major warranty providers including NHBC, LABC, Premier Guarantee and Buildstore buildCare Warranty, STA Assure members undergo rigorous testing, independent auditing, and qualification to ensure their systems are designed and manufactured to the highest standards, comply with building legislation, and installed professionally and safely.

    To attain STA Assure accreditation, erector companies contracted by our members must successfully complete the Structural Timber Association’s Installer Training Scheme (ITS)

    As part of the accreditation assessment, members also complete a Site Safe audit, validating CDM compliance along with HSE requirements.
