SIPs can be manufactured for almost any building design. They are most often used in energy efficient residential and light commercial buildings including schools. As a lightweight build system , SIPs are often used on sites where ground conditions would make heavy building material un- economic. SIPs are also suited to room in roof projects where roofing elements maximise space.
SIPs offer superior airtightness and reduced heat loss making it suitable for construction to Passivhaus standard.
